HR Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR processes: Recruitment, onboarding, probation evaluation, exiting, etc.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including search engines, social networks, groups, databases and direct recruiting techniques
  • Build up candidate talent pool and leverage resources for recruitment activities
  • Coordinate recruitment events, and team building activities
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support Management Board to implement HR strategy, and other tasks as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • Good basic knowledge of HR management, passion about HR
  • Strong organization skill
  • Good communication skill
  • Good command of Vietnamese and English languages
  • 1+ year experience in the same position is an advantage
