Head of Growth (Marketing Manager)

Responsibility

  • Lead account-based marketing plans aligned with business and account-specific strategies, industry focus areas, and client growth opportunities

  • Create marketing campaigns to grow customer base to ensure KPIs of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads

  • Proactively interface with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to coordinate, facilitate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities, collateral needed and ensure messaging is up-to-date

  • Create contents for multiple channels to drive inbound leads, develop thought leadership

  • Develop and maintain profiles and key personas for target relationships that are monitored and tracked as part of KPIs and performance measurement

  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and proactively engage based on insights; report regularly on KPIs

  • Lead the team to execute on the growth plan
  • Other tasks assigned by manager


Requirements

  •  3+ years in a digital marketing role in B2B customer acquisition

  • Result-oriented, data-driven, and tech-savvy candidates are preferred
  • Experience running targeted and data-driven outbound campaigns (cold emailing, cold calling & LinkedIn outreach) and experience with the platforms/tools in this space

  • An awesome ability to tell stories and create simple and compelling messages that connect with audiences

  • Experience with blogging, speaking or growing an audience on social media would be a bonus

  • Experience running inbound & lead nurturing initiatives (content marketing, social & SEO/SEM) is also 

  • Responsible for marketing budget of aggregated total over $50k or generated over 3000 MQLs/year is a plus point
